If you order your deep wave weave from Monday to Friday, we aim to ship your order on the same day. On weekends, holidays or during a sale period, it can take a few days longer. To make sure you receive your package, we require a signature on all deliveries. Please ensure you or an agent is home to receive the parcel, or you can also arrange a preferred delivery day with your courier.
