Order Processing Time

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST, during the weekend, or on a holiday, will be processed and shipped the following business day. During sale periods, orders are processed and shipped on a 3-5 business day schedule.

Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. If additional information is needed to verify the billing or shipping details of your order, your shipping can be delayed until the information has been verified.

We strive for 100% accuracy and satisfaction with each order, however shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays, or errors may occur. We highly recommend you allow 2-3 weeks before hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions in the event we have to resolve a concern or complete an exchange request.

Shipping Information

Signature: All packages require a signature for delivery if your order contains hair extensions. If you are not available to sign for your package, please contact the shipping company directly to reschedule the delivery or arrange a pickup. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.  

Route Package Protection: Heat Free Hair is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the shipping company. Route Package Protection insures the value of your package if it is lost in transit for up to 30 from the date the package was shipped. If your package is stolen or damaged, it is covered for up to 15 days from the date the package was shipped. Please click here, https://claims.route.com/ to file a claim. 


If you have concerns regarding the status of your package, please send an email to customercare@heatfreehair.com within 10 days of your ship date. 

 

Address: Heat Free Hair is not responsible for lost packages due to the incorrect address entered at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct upon checkout. To reconfirm your address, please cross-reference your order confirmation email. Once your package has shipped, we can not update the address. Any shipping charges incurred from an incorrect address will be paid by the customer. 

 

Return to Sender: If a package is returned to sender for any reason, the customer will be responsible for all new shipping charges unless there was an error made on our behalf. All packages returned to the sender will automatically be issued a store credit minus the cost of shipping to the email address used to place the order. 

USPS will hold a package at your local post office for up to 15 days before returning it to the sender. FedEx will hold a package at a local center for up to 5 business days before returning it to the sender.

USPS U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS 

USPS orders have an estimated delivery time of 1-7 business days after the order has been processed.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL APO/FPO/DPO ORDERS: 

We ship to our military service members and diplomatic personnel overseas at a varying rate based on the shipping destination, however, there are very specific guidelines to follow when filling out the address field: Type out the service member’s full name in the address.

Include the unit and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office™, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) address with the 9-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned)

FedEx Overnight/2Day

FedEx Overnight or 2Day offers next day or two business day delivery by 8 PM if your order is placed by 11 AM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday/Sunday or holiday delivery is not applicable to this service. FedEx orders can not be delivered to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. 

If FedEx Standard Overnight is selected before 11:00 AM EST on Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. If you select FedEx Overnight shipping on Friday after 11:00 AM EST or on Saturday/Sunday, it will be processed and shipped out on Monday for Tuesday delivery. 

If FedEx 2Day is selected before 11:00 AM EST on Friday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. If you select FedEx 2Day shipping on Friday after 11 AM EST or on Saturday/Sunday, it will be processed and shipped out on Monday for Wednesday delivery.

  

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY 

At this time, hair care products are not available for international shipping. We are working to provide this option to our international customers soon! 

All FedEx International Economy orders require a signature to be released to the recipient. The customer is responsible for all duties/taxes upon delivery. 

FedEx International Economy offers an approximate 3-10 business day delivery to most international addresses where the service is available. Please note that Saturday/Sunday or holiday delivery is not available with this shipping option. FedEx International Economy will not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be subject to customs fees or duties. These fees are not included in the price of goods you purchase from our website and are not included in the cost associated with shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your package will be subject to holding and potentially being returned to the sender if fees are not paid for its release. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, slow-to-ship country rates, or courier delays. Also note, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that their shipping address is entered correctly.
