Orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 12 PM EST, excluding holidays and sale periods. During sale periods, orders are processed and shipped on a 3-5 business day schedule. Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any edits, address changes, or cancellations. A signature is required for all deliveries.
If additional information is needed to verify the billing or shipping details of your order, your shipping can be delayed until the information has been verified.
We strive for 100% accuracy and satisfaction with each order, however shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays may occur. We highly recommend you allow 2-3 weeks before hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions in the event we have to resolve a concern or complete a return request. Heat Free Hair is not responsible for hair appointment costs, fees, cancelations, or other issues relating to shipping errors or return requests.

Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimates only. Shipping times do not include processing times. Once the order is received by the shipping carrier, Heat Free Hair is not responsible for errors relating to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other courier delays. This includes standard and express shipping methods. Worry-Free Package Protection is recommended to protect your package from shipping errors.
Signature: All packages require a signature for delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, please contact the shipping company directly to reschedule the delivery or arrange a pickup.
If you package can not be delivered due to the signature requirement, USPS will hold your package for up to 15 days and FedEx will hold your package for up to 5 days. Use the tracking link to reschedule the delivery or arrange a pick up for the package. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.
Return to Sender: If a package is returned to sender for any reason, the customer will be responsible for all new shipping charges unless there was an error made on our behalf. All packages returned to the sender will be issued a store credit minus the cost of shipping and discounts to the email address used to place the order.
Address: Heat Free Hair is not responsible for lost packages due to the incorrect address entered at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct upon checkout. Once your package has shipped, we can not update the address. Any shipping charges incurred from an incorrect address will be paid by the customer.
Worry-Free Package Protection:
Worry-Free Package Protection is a delivery guarantee that insures the value of your package if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit for up to 30 days from the date the package was shipped. Reported issues are quickly resolved within 1-3 business days so you can worry less about shipping delays and more on looking and feeling your best!
If Worry-Free Package Protection is declined at checkout, the customer must contact the selected carrier directly to resolve the concern. Heat Free Hair is not responsible for errors or delays once the package is shipped.

We ship to our military service members and diplomatic personnel overseas at a varying rate based on the shipping destination, however, there are very specific guidelines to follow when filling out the address field: Type out the service member’s full name in the address.
Include the unit and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office™, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) address with the 9-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned)

Our Perfect Extensions Kits are not currently eligible to ship via FedEx Overnight or 2Day.
FedEx Overnight or 2Day offers next day or two business day delivery by 8PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday/Sunday or holiday delivery is not applicable to this service. FedEx orders can not be delivered to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. A signature is required for delivery.
All order placed outside of the United States are shipping using FedEx International Economy orders and require a signature to be released to the recipient. The customer is responsible for all duties/taxes upon delivery. Duties/taxes are not included in your order total.
FedEx International Economy offers an approximate 3-10 business day delivery to most international addresses where the service is available. Please note that Saturday/Sunday or holiday delivery is not available with this shipping option. FedEx International Economy will not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the price of goods you purchase from our website and are not included in the cost associated with shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your package will be subject to holding and potentially being returned to the sender if fees are not paid for its release. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering.
