Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping your happiness as our top priority. Upon receipt, carefully inspect the hair before installation, color processing, or heat styling. Once the extensions have been manipulated, we can not investigate any concerns. We do not offer refunds. However, if there is a concern with your unused and uninstalled products, please contact us immediately via email, within 7 days of delivery at customercare@heatfreehair.com

Return Policy: 

We are happy to offer returns for store credit within 14 days of your delivery date! Returns for store credit are only applicable to wefted hair, clip-ins, tape-ins, ponytails, and closures kept in their original condition. All wigs are final sale. We do not offer cash refunds. You can submit a request for a store credit here. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. 

To be eligible for a store credit, the order must remain in its original condition; the extensions may not be untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, or tampered with in any way. We kindly ask that you delicately inspect the hair extensions upon receipt. 

Orders placed during a sale period with a promo code are final sale. Exchanges, returns, cancellations, and/or order edits can not be accommodated. 

Return Process: 

  • Once you submit your request, you will receive an email with the mailing instructions within 1-2 business days. 
  • Photos must be submitted before your return request can be approved.  
  • Store credit will be issued in the amount paid, minus discounts, promotions, and shipping costs once the package is returned to our return address. 
  • Store credit expires after 5 years and can be combined with other discounts and promotions. 
  • It is recommended that a trackable and insured shipping method is used for returns as Heat Free Hair is not responsible for packages being returned to us. 

We highly recommend that you allow 2-3 weeks before travel plans, hair appointments and special occasions in the event you have to complete a return. 

Please visit our length chart in the product shopping section to ensure that you are ordering the correct length of hair to achieve your style. We suggest that you take full advantage of all available resources i.e. photos, how-to-videos, FAQs, and customer service team prior to placing your order.

We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for store credit. We also reserve the right to reject a request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for return. All products approved for a return must be shipped within 15 days of the approval date. After that window, the return/exchange will be denied. 

Orders that are returned to sender or refused upon delivery will not be refunded or reshipped. Orders returned to any address that is not provided will be issued a store credit. A store credit will be issued for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping. 

Domestic Shipping

ALL HAIR EXTENSION ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. 

Heat Free Hair is not responsible for shipping delays or errors caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays, or if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. We highly recommend customers allow ample time before hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions for unplanned delays. 

To protect your order from shipping errors, we recommend purchasing Worry-Free Package Protection at checkout. 

While we are not responsible for courier delays we will assist each customer within reason. If there are any delays with your USPS package, we are unable to file any claims until the package has been in transit for at least 15 business days or in transit with FedEx for at least 5 business days. International Shipping

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO LOCAL DUTIES/TAXES BEFORE DELIVERY. THIS COST IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF SHIPPING.

At this time, our Perfect Extensions Kits are not available for international shipping. 

Heat Free Hair is not responsible for shipping delays or errors caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays, or if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. We highly recommend customers allow ample time before hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions for unplanned delays. 

All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package.

Please check with your country’s trade regulations before placing your order. Refused packages will not be refunded. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing details are different from your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to approve your transaction or your order may be canceled. Chargebacks filed in an attempt to receive a refund or due to fraud allegations may prohibit your ability to shop with us in the future. Chargebacks will not be used as a form of resolution. 

Klarna

Klarna is a payment solution that empowers you to “Buy Now and Pay Later” with simple installment plans. Klarna is offered on all Heat Free Hair purchases over $250. 

The total cost of your purchase is broken down into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase, with the remaining amount spread out over equal installments, each two weeks apart.

*Monthly financing through Klarna issued by WebBank, member FDIC. Other CA resident loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license.

Once you’re ready to check out, select Klarna as a payment method. If your order is approved, you will you will see your repayment details on the Heat Free Hair checkout page and you will receive an order confirmation email. 

Heat Free Hair offers Klarna as an alternative payment option, but is not responsible or involved with the Klarna approval process. Worry-Free Package Protection

Worry-Free Package Protection is a delivery guarantee that insures the value your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Your package is protected for up to 30 days (conditions apply) from the ship date. 

Heat Free Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage issues once the package is shipped. This service is not mandatory and you can opt-out of the coverage at checkout before submitting payment. If coverage is not purchased, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance if a shipping error occurs. 

Worry-Free Package Protection does not cover exchange, return, or missed delivery packages. Worry-Free Package Protection only insures your package while in transit and does not cover product-related issues. If you purchased Worry-Free Package Protection at checkout and need to file a claim, please visit, https://heatfreehair.com/pages/file-a-claim. Claims can be filed within 30 days from the date the package was shipped. If your package is stolen or damaged, additional verification may be required to approve your claim.

Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, NZO Beauty LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, NZO Beauty LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
