Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping your happiness as our top priority. Each order is carefully assembled by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at customercare@heatfreehair.com.

Please allow 2-3 weeks before travel plans, hair appointments and special occasions in the event we have to resolve a concern for you. 

Refunds & Store Credits 

Hair Extensions: 

Any hair extension order placed with Heat Free Hair is eligible for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the order remains in its original condition. 

To be eligible for store credit, the extensions may not be untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, or tampered with in any way. Please delicately inspect the hair extensions upon receipt. 

Returns for store credit are only applicable to wefted hair, clip-ins, ponytails, and closures. 

All wigs including our signature Royalty Collection Wigs, HD Lace Wigs, Headband Wigs, and Edge Collection Wigs are FINAL SALE.  

Hair Care Products & Tools: 

Any order placed for hair care products and/or tools with Heat Free Hair is eligible for a store credit or a cash refund within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the items remain in their original condition. The products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please visit our length chart in the product shopping section to ensure that you are ordering the correct length of hair to achieve your style. We suggest that you take full advantage of all available resources i.e. photos, how-to-videos, FAQs, and customer service team prior to placing your order.


We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for store credit or refund. We also reserve the right to reject a request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for return. All products approved for a return must be shipped within 15 days of the approval date. After that window, the return/exchange will be denied. 


Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return if the correct item was received. We can not issue store credits or process refunds until your order has been received and inspected by a member of our team. Once approved, you will be emailed the store credit for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping/discounts. Discount codes are non-transferable to new orders.

Domestic Shipping

Heat Free Hair is not responsible for shipping delays or errors caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays, or if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. We highly recommend customers allow ample time before hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions for unplanned delays. 

To protect your order from shipping errors, we recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout. 

While we are not responsible for courier delays we will assist each customer within reason. If there are any delays with your USPS package, we are unable to file any claims until the package has been in transit for at least 15 business days or in transit with FedEx for at least 5 business days. For assistance with a delayed package, please contact us at customercare@heatfreehair.com.

International Shipping

ALL HAIR EXTENSION ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. 

At this time, hair care products are not available for international shipping. 

Heat Free Hair is not responsible for shipping delays or errors caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays, or if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. We highly recommend customers allow ample time before hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions for unplanned delays. 

All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package.

Please check with your country’s trade regulations before placing your order. Refused packages will not be refunded. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different from your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to authorize payment and approve your transaction. Chargebacks filed in an attempt to receive a refund or due to fraud allegations may prohibit your ability to shop with us in the future.

Sezzle

Sezzle is a payment solution that empowers you to “Buy Now and Pay Later” with simple, interest-free installment plans. Sezzle is offered on all Heat Free Hair purchases over $250. 

The total cost of your purchase is broken down into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase, with the remaining amount spread out over equal installments, each two weeks apart.

Once you’re ready to check out, select Sezzle as a payment method. You will need to create an account with Sezzle and link a payment method to complete the purchase. 

Heat Free Hair offers Sezzle as an alternative payment option, but is not responsible or involved with the Sezzle approval process. If you are having trouble using Sezzle as a payment option, have questions about your payment due date, or any other technical issues, please contact Sezzle directly at 1 (888) 540-1867. 

All Sezzle orders are held to all Heat Free Hair terms and conditions, including standard shipping and exchange and return policies.

 

Route Package Protection

Route Package Protection is a third-party application that ensures the protection of your package in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Your package is protected for up to 30 days from the ship date. 

This service is not mandatory and you can opt-out of the coverage at checkout before submitting payment. If you choose to opt-out of coverage, Heat Free Hair is not responsible for your package. If an error occurs with your package and Route was not chosen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.  

Route Package Protection does not cover exchange or return packages being shipped back to us. Route only insures your package while in transit and does not cover product-related issues. For product-related concerns, please contact us directly at, customercare@heatfreehair.com.


If you purchased Route at checkout and need to file a claim, please visit, https://claims.route.com/ and enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. Claims can not be filed before 7 days, but no later than 30 days from the date the package was shipped if the package is lost in transit. If your package is stolen or damaged, you must file a claim no later than 15 days after your package was shipped. Route may require additional verification to approve your claim. Quarterly Terms and Conditions

All Quarterly purchases are made to order to ensure the highest quality and will be processed immediately. Due to the quick processing times and the unique nature of these items, we are unable to accept any modifications or cancellations once your order has been placed. This includes changes to the texture, length, or quantity.

Shipping Policy

Quarterly purchases are made-to-order so they will ship within 3-4 weeks from the order date. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Your delivery estimate will be calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Shipping estimates are applicable to business days only and do not include weekends and/or holidays. 

A signature is required for all Quarterly purchases. If a signature can not be captured and the delivery fails, please contact the respective shipping company directly. If the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any new shipping charges. If you have not received your package after 7 days from the ship date, please contact customercare@heatfreehair.com for assistance. 

     

    Returns and Exchanges 

    Quarterly products are exclusive and specially made items. Due to the unique nature of these products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns for store credit. This includes exchanging your Quarterly products for signature Heat Free Hair products such as wefts, clip-ins, ponytails, wigs, or closures. 

    Each Quarterly purchase has been created just for you and inspected by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being shipped.     Policy Changes

    NZO Beauty LLC, reserves the right at our discretion to make modifications to products, prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page regularly for changes.

    Privacy Policy

    We at NZO Beauty LLC, value our customers and their privacy. Our privacy policy is to respect and protect the privacy of all our customers. All personal information collected on and off this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making improvements to the customer shopping experience. If deemed necessary, supporting documentation may be required post-purchase to complete order fulfillment. This includes, but is not limited to PII (Personal Identifying Information.)

    Limitation of Liability

    NZO Beauty LLC, does not accept liability beyond the solutions set forth herein, including any liability for products not being in-stock for, or the provision of services and support. NZO Beauty LLC will not be accountable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, NZO Beauty LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, NZO Beauty LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
