Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer cash refunds but would be glad to offer you store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in its original sale condition.
Please submit a request here and one of our customer service representatives will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. Photos are required for your request to be approved.
Returns for store credit are only applicable to wefts, clip-ins, ponytails, and closures within 7 days of delivery.

All orders made with a promo/discount code are FINAL SALE. This includes all sale and holiday promotional periods. No exchanges or returns for store credit will be accepted.
Products that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, excessively brushed/finger combed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange or return, therefore please examine each product in its original sale condition to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return if the correct item was received. We can not send new product or issue store credits until your order has been received and inspected by a member of our team. Once approved, you will be emailed the store credit for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping/discounts. Discount codes are non-transferrable to new orders.
We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for exchange. We also reserve the right to reject an exchange request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for exchange. All products approved for a return must be shipped within 30 days of the approval date. After that window the return/exchange will be denied.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We highly encourage customers to opt-in to Route Package Protection at checkout to cover your package against shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. We are unable to make any address updates once your order has begun processing or has already been shipped. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.
While we are not responsible for courier delays we will assist each customer within reason. If there are any delays with your USPS package, we are unable to file any claims until the package has been in transit for at least 15 business days or in transit with FedEx for at least 5 business days. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to authorize payment and approve your transaction. Chargebacks filed in attempt to receive a refund or due to fraud allegations may prohibit your ability to shop with us in the future.

The total cost of your purchase is broken down into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase, with the remaining amount spread out over equal installments, each two weeks apart.

Route Package Protection
Route is a third party application, that ensures protection of your package in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. In order to apply for Route's Package Protection, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. This is not mandatory and you can opt out of the coverage. If you choose to opt out of coverage, Heat Free Hair is not responsible for your package, however, we will assist you with any delivery claims per our normal process with the delivery company. Route does not cover exchange or return packages being shipped back to us. Route only insures your package while in transit and does not cover product related issues. Quarterly Terms and Conditions
All Quarterly purchases are made to order to ensure the highest quality, and will be processed immediately. Due to quick processing times, we are unable to accept any modifications or cancellations once your order has been placed. This includes changes to the texture, length or quantity. If you would like to add more products to your order, please place a new order.
All Quarterly purchases will ship within 4-5 weeks from the order date. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. USPS and FedEx shipping options are available at checkout. Your delivery estimate will be calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Shipping estimates are applicable to business days only and do not include weekends and/or holidays.
A signature is required for all Quarterly purchases. If a signature can not be captured and the delivery fails, please contact the respective shipping company directly. USPS will hold packages for up to 15 days and FedEx will hold packages for up to 5 days. If the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any new shipping charges. If you have not received your package after 7 days from the ship date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
