As the natural hair movement started to gain traction ten years ago, my client began expressing a desire to embrace their texture. For the first time in our culture, the curls and the kinks we were born with was seen as something beautiful. I wanted to create a way for women to transition using protective styles that didn't require heat or chemical processing. I envisioned a collection with the perfect match for any and every natural texture - one that would celebrate, not conceal, our unique beauty. In 2012, Heat Free Hair was born.
Today, over half a million women around the world have revealed the versatility in all that it means to be natural.

For my daughter's 17th birthday, I purchased this hair type for her installation appointment. While her stylist did see her hair and recommended this type for her, after three weeks, she's ready to remove the knots.
The hair is extremely DRY and after applying the correct products in the morning, by the evening, my daughter can barely comb the hair. I'm sad for her because this is the first time she's gotten this type of hair and style and now, it's a waste of money, let alone a very disappointing birthday present.
One suggestion I'd make is to offer samples to your clients for us to see and FEEL the hair as opposed to relying on photos and in-person consultations without the hair.
The curl pattern and texture is everything, but I’m disappointed with the amount of shedding and knots this hair gets. I take great care of this hair and use amazing products, however I still get knots at the root or tip of my coils. It also sheds a lot, I use a detangler before using my fingers or a brush to seperate the hair, but it still sheds. During my take down, my stylist asked if I got this hair from a beauty supply store I couldn't believe it considering I spent $400 on 2 bundles.
The one thing I do like is that they offer the wefts in jet black and the color and texture matches my hair perfectly.
love this hair, so bouncy, so light. easy to detangle. it’s EXACTLY like my natural curls. i have re-installed this hair multiple times, no issues. it’s great!
