Our extensions are measured in their fully straight state. Your extensions will measure 6" shorter than the listed length. Our closures are offered in their unaltered and unprocessed color which ranges from a medium to dark brown.

Orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 12 PM EST, excluding holidays and sale periods. We work with trusted shipping carriers, but recommend purchasing Worry-Free Package Protection to insure your package, as Heat Free Hair not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders require a signature for delivery.
Heat Free Hair is pleased to offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as your order remains in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, products may not be untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, or tampered with in any way. We do not offer cash refunds. For me, living outside the US, means that I can pay up to $200 extra with duties and shipping to get my HFH. When I got this closure I remembered why I do it. For Kurls is so versatile and so natural. It’s also very durable. I love my sew in and I recently added colour, which the hair easily took. My favorite style is the dry twist out. It looks fire with this hair and the highlights.
HFH customer service is also so responsive and patient. This is why I have a proper collection of several collections...#worthit
