Our extensions are measured in their fully straight state. Your extensions will measure 6" shorter than the listed length. Our wigs are offered in their unaltered and unprocessed color which ranges from a medium to dark brown.

Orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 12 PM EST, excluding holidays and sale periods. We work with trusted shipping carriers, but recommend purchasing Worry-Free Package Protection to insure your package, as Heat Free Hair not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders require a signature for delivery.
Heat Free Hair is pleased to offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as your order remains in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, products may not be untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, or tampered with in any way. We do not offer cash refunds. All wigs are final sale.
After consulting with HFH customer service and having a very informative chat with the representative, I was able to decide which size would be best. I purchased the small cap size and it fits perfectly. The cap is constructed well. I have mine sewn down, but there are combs if you prefer to remove it daily. The wig is full! The density and curl pattern are just beautiful. It’s absolutely beautiful and blends with my hair nicely. I experience minimal shedding when washing and styling. I highly recommend this wig.
