Our extensions are measured in their fully straight state. Your extensions will measure 6" shorter than the listed length. Our wigs are offered in their unaltered, unprocessed color which ranges from a medium to dark brown.

Orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 12 PM EST, excluding holidays and sale periods. We work with trusted shipping carriers, but recommend purchasing Worry-Free Package Protection to insure your package, as Heat Free Hair not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders require a signature for delivery.
Heat Free Hair is pleased to offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as your order remains in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, products may not be untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, or tampered with in any way. We do not offer cash refunds. Love my upset wig it’s super full just the way I like my hair to be! I would usually buy the weft hair and make my own wig but did not have the time to do so. I’ve been buying heat free hair since 2015 and it never disappoints! I even still wear my hair from 2015 and it still looks amazing! Im a loyal customer for life!

"For Koils" Empress U-Part Wig
This was a life saver wig! I recently wanted try to wig to do a protective style and this wig provided so much style. I received so many compliments about this wig.
