Our extensions are unprocessed and will arrive in their natural, unaltered color which ranges from a medium to dark brown.
All extensions are measured in their fully straight state. Your extensions will measure 6" shorter than the listed length when in its kinky/curly state; a 18" ponytail will actually measure 12" when kinky/curly.
Orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 12 PM EST, excluding holidays and sale periods. Awesome texture match
I love HFH products. The blow out texture is a wonderful match for my hair and the ponytail is super easy to install. However, I will suggest when purchasing the ponytails, do not look at where they fall on the model and go strictly by length. I ordered the 12in ponytail ultra full because of where it fell on the model’s neck but it was way shorter than that on me, despite us having similar neck lengths. But otherwise the product quality is great.

While you are not new to our textures, our ponytails are styled at the back of the model's neck to create the most elongated look, but they should still measure 12" when fully straightened.
