Heat Free Hair is pleased to offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as your order remains in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, products may not be untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, or tampered with in any way. We do not offer cash refunds. I bought the wig by accident but I’m so glad I did I love it I’m always pleased with my purchases from heat free hair
First of all I live for HFH sales. I got the ombré u part wig and I am in love. I haven’t even styled it yet, the construction of the wig is great. The hair is so thick and gorgeous and the ombré color is beautiful. I would suggest adding three clips in the back instead of one which I will be adding for more support. I’ve tried the kurly and koily hair which are the best. HFHM never disappoints. #foreveracustomer
