1. Promotion Description: The Heat Free Hair Ultimate Bridal Hair Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins and end at the times stated in Section #4 and as stated in the Instagram post announcing the Giveaway (the “Caption”).
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia (the “Entrant”). Must be 18 years of age or older to participate at the time of start of the giveaway. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of N-ZO Beauty, LLC (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal and state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and Entrant represents and warrants that Entrant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, the Entrant agrees to accept the decisions of N-ZO Beauty, LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period: Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 6:00 PM EST until Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST. All online entries must be received by May 16, 2023, 11:59 pm EST. Sponsor´s database clock will be the official timekeeper of this Giveaway.
5. How to Enter: Enter the Giveaway by following the rules stated in the Caption. One entry per contestant. (1) Follow @heatfreehair on Instagram (2) Tag up to two friends in the comments (3) Complete the online giveaway form at heatfreehair.com. If you don´t want to enter through Instagram, you can also enter by sending an email to customercare@heatfreehair.com with “Ultimate Bridal Hair Giveaway” in the subject line and your full name in the body. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of N-ZO Beauty, LLC. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules of the Giveaway. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Prizes: There will be one Grand Prize winner and three Runner Up winners. All winners will be selected at random via a random generator. The Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package valued at $1,000 USD, which includes Heat Free Hair Blow Out Collection extensions (Valued at $800 USD) and a bridal hair accessory (Valued at $200 USD). Two additional Runner Up winners will receive a prize package valued at $150 - $164 USD, which includes a Heat Free Hair Ponytail extension (Valued at $129 - $139 USD) and the Heat Free Hair HD Curlbrush (Valued at $25). The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for N-ZO Beauty, LLC to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: All Winner(s) will be selected at random from the eligible entries received through the shared post data under the supervision of N-ZO Beauty, LLC. Winner will be notified via email from the N-ZO Beauty, LLC within five business days of the Giveaway closing. N-ZO Beauty, LLC shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at N-ZO Beauty, LLC) sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE contest, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, You understand and agree that N-ZO Beauty, LLC, anyone acting on behalf of N-ZO Beauty, LLC and N-ZO Beauty, LLC licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
10. Collection & Use of Data: By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to allow N-ZO Beauty, LLC and its Giveaway Partner to collect and use their personal information, including email address for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and sending marketing communications. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions included in the communication from N-ZO Beauty, LLC and its partner.
11. Terms & Conditions: N-ZO Beauty, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond N-ZO Beauty, LLC control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such a case, N-ZO Beauty, LLC may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by N-ZO Beauty, LLC. N-ZO Beauty, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
N-ZO Beauty, LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway,to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, N-ZO Beauty, LLC reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless N-ZO Beauty, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
13. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the District of Columbia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
